Service and Technical Support

Forward Tech US is ready to offer guidance for upgrade or replacement of your existing Klotz product; especially the earlier Vadis systems. Commissioning services are offered to ensure proper installation of your new equipment into your existing television or radio broadcast station.

Technical support agreements will also be offered on new equipment, for those customers requiring on-going support for critical production and on-air systems.
